  Using this company has been one of my worst experiences here in Abilene. I originally called for a quote nearly two months ago. When I didn't here back, I called them a week later and was told that they were "working it". They finally called me back a few hours later and had a quote which I was expected to pay the majority up front. At that time the glass was put on order and took a month to arrive. Of course, I never received a call telling me that the glass had arrived, I had to call them. They scheduled my install for the following Monday morning but never actually showed up. I called that morning at 8:00 just to be sure that they would be there since I had to take the morning off of work, and was assured that they would arrive between 0800 and 1200. My glass is still not installed and the company has not called me back to schedule an install date. This has been some of the poorest customer service I have ever seen.
