This store has zero customer service you literally have to find someone to ask for help and they are usually on their phone. This store has got to be the filthiest Mall of Abilene stores I have ever been at...they never clean the floors and the benches are so filthy we couldn't sit down to try on shoes. Whoever owns this store please go in and clean house...I will be buying my sons shoes online from now on.
