  I have been in sales before and the number one rule in sales is you never, EVER let your competition, that are right beside you, to take your sales. I arrived early on a Saturday morning, to buy my wife a anniversary gift. I already knew what I wanted, all I needed was to wait for Gordon's Jewelers to open to buy it (this one is located in the Mall of Abilene, TX). They are suppose to open at 10am. I waited and waited, and noticed that Kay Jewelers, right next to them, opened on time. I waited right in front of the two Gordon's employees and they saw me and didn't even bother to acknowledge me, so I took my business to Kay Jewelers. I paid a little more, but they had great customer service. I will never buy at Gordon's again. They finally opened around 10:15am. Very disappointed and surprised that they would watch me walk over to their competition and not even care. Oh well, their loss!!!
