- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 14, 2020, by Rick StoverPurchased a sectional and ottoman here, had to order the ottoman we waited 6 weeks for the ottoman to come in, apparently it had been sitting there for a month without anyone calling us to let us know it had come in. We’re currently needing a repair to said ottoman and have called two weeks in a row without getting our ottoman picked up. Some of the poorest customer service I’ve received from a business especially at the high prices of the pieces.
